Rotating Tyres

On 8 October about 14:25 i approach the Manager for a full rotation of my Polo Sadans 4 wheels. I pull the car into the bay and the guy after receiving the security nut from me start removing the Tyre's. I was standing by the car when he un*****ed the right back Tyre. He just remove the *****s and went to the left side of the vehicle to remove the *****s of the back wheel on the left side of the vehicle. The wheel which was un*****ed on the right hand side was still hanging because the worker did not remove it to put it on the floor. Seeing how the wheel felt out I call the worker and he turned the wheel and let it laying on the floor. I inspected the mag and it was damaged. I call the manager and she took photo's and according the them it was on old mark. i told her but its a fresh damaged mark but she still don't want to accept responsibility. <br> <br> It saddens me that people don't want to take responsibility for there actions.
