REFUSE TO EXCHAGE BATTERY THAT IS WITHIN WARRANTY

On the 20/03/2023 I bought a Willard battery at SUPA QUICK in Brits North West with a warranty of 25 months terms and conditions were never communicated to me, with all the years I was using the battery it never gave me any challenges, on the 10th April 2025 i experienced challenges when starting the car, I got jumpstarted so I could park in the garage, In the morning it refused to start again so I took out the battery and used my moms battery. On the Saturday, my dad took the battery in at SUPA QUICK BRITS, they took the battery for a recharge and to test, it indicated that it needs replacing as it is within warranty of 25 months. To my surprise when I got there today, 14/04/2025 i was told that the ports are damaged, which is not what they had told my dad, the ports have only scratches that were caused by terminals when placed in and out on the 15th. I did not receive the best treatment as one of the sales person was rude and screamed at me. i asked for the manager and she bluntly told me that they wont be able to assist me, the lady Millah wasn't of much assistance because she's the one that had assisted my dad and did not alert him that they were damaged. They insinuated that it is my fault that they are damaged because i was jumpstarted ONCE on the terminals. They treated me this way because I'm female and possibly my race. I went to Speed to get a sec opinion on the battery they checked it for me and picked up that the ports are not damaged and that the battery is still legible for warranty and exchange as they also sell Willard batteries

Please assist me
