Refuse to change flat tyre

I had a flat tyre this morning and could not change it because the wheel nuts were to tight. After I drop my child at school this morning I went to Supa Quick in York Street at 07:00, there was a man sitting inside the office reading his newspaper, I went to him for help to change my car's tyre, he just said to me I must come back after 07:30 he is not going to help me.
