Putting my life at risk

I sent my vehicle to have new shocks fitted (3 June 2015). I supp**** my own shock mountings as previously I had been told by the Kempton Park branch that they do not supply the mountings. Received my car back and car drove like a dream....for a few days. Leaving work on 10 June 2015, i hear a massive knock and each time i go over a speed bump/ bumpy road, the same knocking, and having a once sturdy car, now act like a boat. I had managed to get home (one of the scariest drives of my life) and see that the shock had pulled out from the mounting (have the photo available). Back to SupaQuick the next day and the mechanic then goes on to say he forgot to add the washer to the top of the mounting where the shock is fastened (took the old shock out of the bin and there was the washer..) So my life is of no value????

Manager then offers to replace the mountings and gives me vouchers... Like R1000 worth of vouchers is going to help!?!?!

Car \fixed"and now my brakes are not as effective. The car does not feel the same as when i picked it up after the 3rd.

So much for a \""trusted\"" and \""reputable\"" franchise. This is by far the worst experience i have had in the motor industry. """
