Provide poor quality products

<p>During February 2016 I went to the Supa Quik in Pretorius Street in Pretoria to have my brake pads changed. Over the next few days I noticed that the brakes were making a weird noise (not squeaking) so I took the car back to Supa Quik. They told me they still needed to skim the one disk. So I had to pay an additional R500 for them to skim my disk. Directly after that the brakes started squeaking. I went back to the Supa Quik on four occasions over the following two months to try get the squeaking to stop. Nothing they did was able to help. I eventually got hold of the Supa Quik Area Manager as I was tired of continually going back to Supa Quik to try have them fix the brakes, which was oibviously not working. The Area Manager got me to take my car back to the same Supa Quik so they can see what is wrong with the brake pads. They eventually gave me new brake pads for my car. It is now over a month later and my brakes still squeak. I am assuming the quality of the products they put onto your car is poor. </p>
