Promises and bad service

Last week Tuesday I phoned Supa Quick in CJ Lagenhoven drive to get a quite for my exhaust. I explained that I was leaving for Cape Town on Thursday morning and that I only got paid on Thursday. I was advised to bring it in on the Wednesday to check which part was needing to be replaced. I had my car there 8 am wednesday morning and was told they would have the part that day. I was advised to have my car there 8am on Thursday and that it would take half an hour to be fitted. After my car being on the ramp for 15 min I realised something wasnt right. Eventually they started taking off the old exhaust. Next thing a bakkie pulled up with an exhaust. I thought surely thats not mine, as mine had been arranged the day before. Low and behold it was for my car, BUT it was the wrong part. It was now close to 8:30 and I was expecting to be done by then. I asked the delivery driver what the problem was and he said that they had ordered the wrong part....SERIOUSLY after taking my car in to have the CORRECT part ordered. He explained someone was on their way now with the correct path. As I was leaving for a dog show I had my dogs with me in the parking lot. The sales rep KNEW this and my urgency to leave, however at NO stage did anyone come to explain what was taking so long. Eventually the correct part arrived and was fitted in 15 minutes! I put my dogs in the car and went to the office. I told the sales rep that I was very angry. He muttered that Graham had ordered the wrong part. I let him have it, that i was there the day before and howcome it only arrived after 8! He didnt even have the decency to apologize or explain the "mishap". I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained what great service I had previously recieved from HiQ. Again not a word uttered to me. The reps are quick to run out and get sales, but thats where it ends. They dont actually care about their customers! So Supa Quick, You will NEVER see me again.
