Poor workmanship from Supaquick Fordsburg could cost me and my son's life

On the 29th August I had my van booked in at SUPAQUICK Mayfair the job was satisfactory took the van back on the 30th. The repairs was on the handbrake. On the 31st on my way to Pretoria on the Highway the right rear drum locked causing me to lose control of my vehicle and being in an accident that could have ****ed us.

The mechanic nominated to work on my bakkie looked in expereineced. I had to tell him that in order to remove the drum you have to losen the nut. Instead he was forcing it with a ***** driver trying to losen the drum. I contacted head office of SUPAQUICK and the response today was that they will not take reaponsility for opening the wheel drum checking what the problem was and fixing it to their expertise because they claim that I fitted brake shoes some where else. they won't take responsibility for the fact that their mechanic didn't even know how to remove the spring on the shoes and bent it with a plier and then tried to straight the spring and then reversed the spring when he put it back. This was under supervision of one of the Managers. this was all witnessed by myself at the time of the fitment. The cover plates underneath my ca

I call them on the day of the accident. The response was okay let us know what's happening. The question is are they using uns****ed labour to work on vehicles at the expense of people lives.
