poor workmanship but good product

Supaquick is con and very dangerous to the well-known brand known as supaquick. Supaquick disgraces the Bridgestone brand with their poor workmanship. Ive taken in my car for a tyre change and the guy puts back my wheel and forgets to tighten 1 x lock nut. So it un does itself and gets lost and VW quotes me R1300 to fit a new set. I have spoken to the guy at supa quick and he said that his guy does perfect jobs. But he is talking a load of nonsense because they don’t torque the wheel nuts, just use the cross spanner. You got 5 working days to respond to my wriiten complaint. If I do not find any joy in your decisions. I will need to escalate the matter to Bridgestone in Japan. 5 year old kids do not own supaquick, we are talking about fully grown adults here
