Poor workmanship

Visited Supa Quick Springbok branch to do wheel rotation and alignment. all went well until I noticed scratches on the inside of my mags were they removed the old balancing weights. I sent an email to the manager with photos stating I'm not happy with the workmanship. he rep**** and said I must bring the car in, leave it there and give them a fair chance to investigate the matter without pressure. I went the following day, but explained that I cannot leave the car there, they must look at it now and come up with a solution. first he said it wasn't his technician that scratched my mags. after a bit of a debate, I showed him the still fresh double sided tape left behind of the old weights with clear scratch marks. he admitted that I proved my point and they will try to polish it out. Luckily the polish worked, then I said they must look at the wheal alignment again because my steering is sitting at 11 o'clock when driving in a straight line. only answer I got was that there machine is now broken and they cannot help me and he also doesn't know when it'll be back in operation. No sorry for inconveniences or bring your car when machine is fixed, nothing. I was treated like **** and that on there poor workmanship.
