Poor service from Superquick Alberton

Called Alrode branch in Alberton requested a quote then received the quote and was told that I need to pay a deposit and then only will get a tyre,I then informed the person that I am going to pay by credit card and I confirm I will take the tyres and requested to speak to a manager,the manager Sagren was rude and he asked for a deposit I told him I will be paying by credit card so how will I pay a deposit he then started making excuses saying that the tyres will only be available in 3 days contradicting his agents earlier statement stating the tyres will be at their store later today latest tommorow morning,very poor service I rather support HiQ or tiger wheel instead of Super quick.
