Poor service and not accountability

Ever since i took my car in for brake system repair and having paid the full amount, I had to go back again because the repair was not done properly - the problem is that my rear brake drum keeps making excessive noise whenever the car is moving - the technicians tested and heard it too, disassembled and told me that they do not know what to do and what the problem is. I had paid for brand new pair drums including all new component inside it. They told me that we must wait for it to get worst and see what can be done. The problem is that the noise is just too much, i cannot take it!!!! How does service like superquick say such to the client?
