Poor Service!!! And No Feedback given

Service level at Supa quick welkom really sucks!!! A month ago I visited this specific store hoping to get assistance with Mazda CX3 as I could the shocks are worn out, was assisted by An African Gentleman even forgot his name, he took my details and said he will be in contact with me as I am driving a fleet vehicle, till today haven’t heard anything from him a month later!!!
