Poor business ethics at Supa quick Pinetown

Service terrible, ******* team. Took my car for wheel alignment at their workshop in Pinetown. Was told the cost is R250 . A technician call Nkosi asked me why I had brought my car and did explain that due to many potholes on roads steering wheel was not straight and the tyres were getting worn out on outer edges. He put it on the machine ,raised it . He came to me to inform me that if I give him R400 he will adjust the cambers so that the tyres will align otherwise if his boss was going to charge me R600. Got confused and asked what was I paying the R250 for as all that was part of alignment. He just rushed back and came with a print-out (report) and said he is finished. Due to printer malfunction some figures were not clear and being not technical asked him to interpret the report and only told me he has no time for that. Asked one man who appeared like a supervisor but was clueless as he could not tell me what was done. Initial readings where the same as final. I really felt duped by this group of **** technicians as I left unanswered and steering wheel still same as before. I really don't know what they did to my car. I strongly advise anyone else not to do business with them. Very poor ethics.
