Poooooor Customer Service @Super Quick Margate KZN

I've experienced such a poor service at Super quick Margate branch. I have a Tyre insurance with bidvest, then they asked to do quotation of a Tyre i went to Super quick Margate in March they gave me the quotation. My insurance sent the an email to fill in so they can make business. They never bother to read the email I till I drove to them they read and promise to fill in the form.

It's May now they keep saying the busy they don't have time, I go there almost every after 3 days ,I call them every after 1 day, stil they telling me that they got one computer, they don't have time to fill in the form yet my claim has been processed with them i can't go to another company.

All they need is BEE certificate and banking details but they are too busy to type that.

I would never recommend anyone to make business with them they are *********** company.
