Pathetic service

I am relocated in vryburg for work purposes and i have 3 tyres that need to be replaced but now i cant do this because when i go through my insurance the people in vryburg cqnt even assist in sending documentation to my insurance for the quotation, when i call they always say it was sent but when i call my insurance they recieve nothing so now im coming here because now i must travel 3 hours to the next nearest place gor assistance on my vehicle because Supa quick vryburg cant even send an email. And also its being three weeks now and still nothing ever sent
