Pathetic.. Poor service

I took a car to Supa quick in Bloemfontein as my car had a problem. The was a funny sound on the car. They said Discs are the one causing the sound and they tried to fix it. After then I could still hear the sound and took it back to them. They then said it's brick pads. A few days later I took my car for service and was advised the sound is caused by Ibis (IBIS) then I went back to then and told them they incorrectly diagnosed my car they said a manager will call me back since then... No 1 has call... Mbongiseni Mahlangu ***
