Outstanding customer care

My girlfriend was in an accident and managed to get her car to Supa Quick Rivonia, to get it assessed. She was told that it wouldn't be very safe for her to drive to the panel beaters. Andre recommended to her that there was the same panel beater used by her insurance company just down the road (much closer than the one they suggested). He also offered to drive her car there as it was safer than her driving. He took her car there, initiated the process between them and her, and did this all with a friendly smile on his face.
