One Bad Customer Service Agent

I called the Centurion Lifestyle Branch and spoke to Andile. I asked him to assist me in giving me a price range of tyres for the 2 cars I have. He rudely said to me that he couldn't help me if I don't have the exact tyre sizes. While asking him to assist me in finding out the tyre sizes, he left the phone and proceeded to talk to other people in the office while I was trying to get his attention again. After waiting for him to return to our call for 5 minutes, I eventually cut the call. I mean this is super disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not even ask me to hold on or hint that the call was over. This is not my review of the entire business but rather the feedback of my encounter with one unprofessional person in the business. His rude behavior was unnecessary and costly (at my expense). I will however commend Phillip at the same branch who was able to turn my frown upside down by diligently helping me figure out the tyre sizes and going the extra mile to help me for future. It is because of Phillip that I would deal with your business, while people like Andile successfully turned business away and give you One Star Reviews. Please teach Andile to do better.
