Not Satiesfied with the response and attitude

I went to Supa Quick on the 6th May 2015 to replace a wheel, balance the wheels and do the wheel alignment on the car, recently experienced that my car starts to shake and when you leave the steering wheel it goes to the left had side of which it never did that before. the car was driven 3 times after the incident .<br> <br> I then took my car there again today for a re-check the guy told me my car is shaking because my tyres are finished. my issue here is if the tyres are finished why couldn't they inform me the time they were replacing the 1 tyre and also why cant they provide me with my alignment report to proof that the alignment was done.<br> <br> He told me that if he has to redo my car I have to pay again.<br> <br> <br> Please assist us this type of treatment cant go on because we pay our money trusting we get satisfactory in return.
