NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM NICO AT SUPA QUICK FOURWAYS

on the 22nd October instant i called supa quick requesting for a quotation. i spoke to Nico, i needed two new Tyre he asked for the size i told him i did not have i will call again the following day. then on wednesday the 23rd I called again and ask to talk to Nico he answered I gave him the size for the Tyre and he gave me the prices that it is R 550.00 each they have special at the moment, for the whole thing it will cost me R 1450.00 for two tyres, fitment, wheel alignment and balancing. and he said when I come I must ask to talk to him if I talk to anyone else, I will get different price. I told him I will come on Saturday. indeed I went there on Saturday morning, i was shocked when i got there i asked to talk to him he remebered me well but he said i did not give him the size and the price that he gave me was for the small tyre and not good for my car. he charged me R1960.00. in which I did not have I had that money to buy water and Electricity as well but I could not do that because they had already started taking out the old tyres when he was giving me the price. and I had other quotations that cost less than what he charged me on Saturday I could have gone there and leave him. i am not happy with his service.i trusted him and did not even ask him to email me the quote, it is still ****ing me inside.
