NOT FRIENDLY AND BRAKES ARE NEVER DONE RIGHT
FOURWAYS WITKOPPEN ROAD JOHANNESBURG I did my tires 5 months ago and I find thr attitudes if the staff very rude. I did my.2 front brakes and I had tk come back and now I am coming back a third time..spoke to Etienne who days " I am not on his system" I have been there many times I read out my car registration he said I read it wrong. I called him he started to fight wirh me. I want my 2 front brakes fixed once and for.all thisnis the 3rd time super quick!

No one has bothered to call me from this fourways branch. Etienne was rude.
This is what occured 5 months ago:
I did my brakes with them, they put in the wrong brakes and apologised for making the error. They ordered a bigger size but failed to look at the link stabilizer x2 and this messed up the car up and they did not look at the shoes at the back when we asked for entire car to be checked.
I now landed up paying another set of front brakes , shoes, 2 x stabilizer to fix their bad service. They admitted they were in the wrong. My sons lives were in danger driving this car in such dangerous conditions. All slips can be provided. This cost me an additional R******x I would like a full refund and the CEO to call me and all my rights remain reserved. It's quite sickening no one has even called me.

11 May 2024, 11:45Just spoke to JC he days that's his name and he says Nico the branch manager is not in. JC says he has no idea who the CEO of super quick is.. He said he is a salesman. That's shocking. No managers are in and he can't give me the CEO details as he doesn't know
