Non tyre Experts

I recently required the services of Supaquick Kyalami to check the condition of my vehicles tyres as my family and I were due to embark on a road trip. I was assured all was perfect with the vehicles tyres. we went on the trip and a week later my wife suffered a blow out in the same vehicle. We took the vehicle to a different Supaquick where a complete tyre analysis was performed and it was found that all 4 tyres were defective. I approached Supaquick Kyalami and brought this to their attention. The manager assured me a full investigation was to be performed and i would be informed of the findings. Almost 2 months later and NOTHING!

Thankfully nothing happened while my family was in the car but what if?? You take your vehicle to the "professionals" but it seems as if they do not know what they are doing themselves.
