No service rendered

I visited Superquick Southgate before the long weekend and before my journey down to Durban for a funeral service. I am a female and do not know much about the technicalities on cars hence I took it to what I thought was professionals. I requested that I get alignment done on the car as it had a slight pull to the left. They put the car in the machine for a few minutes and I was given a bill of R750 and when I queried this I was advised that balancing also needed to be done. On my way down to Durban my husband drove he car and asked why I had not sent the car in as it is pulling worse which I responded that I have already. Anyway called the dealer back and was advised to take it to another super quick in Durban which I then did and to my surprise and theirs, it didn't seem like anything was done on the car. As a result of their lack of service my tyre got worn and the Durban branch advised that they won't get the alignment right due to this. They however tried to help which made the car felt better. Southgate refused to take ownership and refund my money as they had caused more damage to my vehicle and didn't render a service. I now need to replace a Tyres. They are useless
