No parts bad service

I dealt with a lady named Grace who helped me on the phone i asked her how much tyres were and if i could come past asap. She told me to came asap and when i got there she had not even ordered the tyres and the driver had not even left to go get them in fourways... I cant believe the service at this place. I also asked to speak to a manager and no one came and the lady took 35 min to tell me that the driver had been asked to go somewhere different. Even if they are cheap dont use them you pay for what you get...
