No feedback on our query

Good day My complaint is directed to Supa Quick Manguzi. We have a pending query with them which has been going on since 23/08/2022. I've been speaking to head office, the regional manager and the actual owner of the store. The owner keeps on saying he will get back to us but nobody ever does. They don't even reply to any mails. The last I heard, the regional manager phoned me to state that the owner was waiting for his insurance for feedback. But till today, nobody contacted me again. I need resolution on this as it has been going on for too long now. You phone the one then you get directed to another and you keep on repeating yourself which is very frustrating. Thank you
