New tyres but have to replace a new one again?

I fitted 4 new tyres shocks ball joints control arm bushes. 6k amount i payed . after a while of driving the car made a noise that sounds like a faulty bearing, i replaced them aswell i went back they told me the tyre has a factory fault. so instead of replacing the tyre i had to pay for a new one to get fitted. Problem not solved. so my question is how qualified are these persons to fix one thing but not the problem? what happens to my old(brand new) tyre? told me i will be contacted within 2 weeks then i will know whether i will get refunded for the tyre or now. my problem? my car still has this LOUD bearing noise.
