Never going to Superquick ever again.

2 weeks back I took my car to Superquick in Armadale to have my brakes checked out. 2 weeks later I’m driving in the CBD of Johannesburg and my brakes stop working. And I have my 4 month old son in the car. When I took the car back to them the manager who said his name was Michael was very rude to me. He then told me that one of the guys working on my car was drunk so they missed a wear and tear that’s why my brakes stopped working. He then told me I had to buy the parts needed to fix the brakes. The sales lady said it’s my fault for not checking the brake cylinders before I left. I don’t even know what the **** that is. The workers there are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, drunk and they tried to solicit extra money from me. They told me they had some extra work on my car and I should just pay them ‘on the side’ and not tell anyone about it. I’m disgusted at how they treat their customers.
