Never finished the job

I replaced my two front shocks on my Bantam in Naboomspruit. When I left the workshop I immediately knew they did not tighten the left one properly. I was late for work in Pretoria so I couldn't go back right away.

The next day I went to the Wierda Park branch who informed me the nuts tightening the shock were swapped around resulting in the horrible noise and damaging of the shock mountings. They tried their best to fix it but ran out of time because I had to leave for Cape Town.

It's been more than a month now after countless phone calls and emails. Desiree, from the complaints department, never answers her phone or emails. Braam, from Supa Quick Naboomspruit, does not know how to check his email so he can't assist me until someone prints it out for him.

The shock is progressively getting worse and no one can offer me a solution. If I could afford to, I would fix it myself but I already paid for a job not done.
