NELSPRUIT SUPA QUICK IS A RIP-OFF AND THEIR OFFICIAL DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

I bought FIRESTONE tyres at SUPA QUICK which they state it has a ROAD HAZARD WARRANTEE. My got damaged by Pothole and I called the store, ISIPINGO SUPA QUICK, to seek assistance and they nicely assisted me to go into any SUPA QUICK in RSA. I went to theNELSPRUIT branch and i was REJECTED by the official who attended me, an old man, due to the fact that "THE TYRE IS MEASURED FROM THE LINE THAT APPEARS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND MY TYRE IS TOO CLOSE TO IT" and not from the GROOVE.

FIRESTONE WARRANTEE IS A RIP-OFF TO US CONSUMERS. I could have bought a cheaper set of tyres had i knew this outcome when i had to claim. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I AM NOT BUINGN OR RECOMMENDING THIS NELSPRUIT BRANCH TO ANYONE.
