MOST DANGEROUS AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

This is by far the worst and most dangerous experience I'd ever had! About a month or month and a half ago I did wheel alignment. The first attempt they did it and then I noticed the car was still swinging to the left, they told me I should buy new tierod ends for both sides. So I bought the new ones they replaced it, and yet again the wheel alignment was not 100%. We took it back and then they told me it was the steering rack, but it was never the steering rack it was the tie rod ends they never fixed and tightened completely! so last week we went to Virginia and noticed a very strange noise like a rattling sound, so we had it checked out and we saw that the tie rod end was NEVER tightened , and the nuts were STRIPPED!!! HOW THE HELL DOES SOMEONE DO A JOB AT A PLACE THATS SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL ???? Yesterday it broke completely off!!!! The tyres is looking like **** because they told us the wheelalignment is correct and we thought everything was OK because you trust those people to do the job professionaly!!! WE COULD HAVE BEEN ****ED ON OUR WAY TO VIRGINIA? DO YOU EVEN REALISE IT??? now I have to sit with a broken car that Supa Quick's mechanics were supposed to fix! At the branch in Springs CBD.
