Missleading agreement

On 17-04-2014. my car mazda 3 mps. It had a bad knocking sound in my car. Supa Quick told me that I need to change all 4 shocks for my car. Supa Quick changed my shocks but my car still had the same noise and I told Althaf and Ismail to replace my old shocks back because it seems like the problem is not the shocks. they've been telling me to bring back my car to look at it and they have called the KYB and Other mechanics specialist to help out with the problem, my car has been in and out of their workshop almost every month ever since. Now recently Ismail took my car for 4 weeks and told me that he will fix the problem. On the 3rd week he called me to say they found the problem and they will fix it. After 3 days he told me that I must pay for it. I told Ismail that I told them long ago after a month they changed my shock that the problem wasn't the shocks.<br> <br> Supa Quick Ormonde inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem. However every time when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem (bad knocking sound) was still there. I feel Supa quick what they did was they gave me a misleading agreement. because my car still has the same problem even now.
