Marvellous customer service

I had an amazingly positive customer service experience at the Supa Quick in Bloemfontein. My car hit a pothole in Bloemfontein on a Saturday morning and about 40 kms outside of Bloem on the N1 my tyre pressure light came on. Having run flats I thought I could make it to the next town, but 60 kms outside Bloem I had to stop as I was on the rim. I called my insurer's roadside assistance and they suggested towing the car. However, as it was already past 12, the tyre places would close at 1 and I would be stuck in Bloem till Monday. I called Supa Quick and they not only agreed to stay open past 1pm, but to drive out to me, put a temporary on, drive with me back to Bloem and fit a run flat tyre on my car.

They did all of this and had me back on the road at 3 pm. Compliments to Everd and Christiaan for resolving my issue on your own time and with a great attitude. They even stated time and again that it is their job and a pleasure. This is truly rare to still see in South Africa.
