Marabastart better than Hatfield supa quick will never go there ever again in my life ever lesson learned

I went to replaced my break pads having my own break pads on the 1st November, a week letter I went to them and informed them the break makes sound, when I brake, the said it will be fine, a week later I went again to them when they tested the car they said to me it will be fine. A week later when to them again which was the 22 November 2018, the tested the car n find the problem n the cleaned the breaks with water n when I left the place it was already late. The was a very weird bad sound on the left tyre. I went to them today informed the the supervisor show me and attitude he says it's me who caused the sound. I am very disappointed with the way things has happened, marabastad is better than supa quick Hatfield. As if those employees are uns****ed. I really needs this to be sorted
