Mafikeng Tyre Gangsters

Last year we bought 4 brand new firestone tyres at Supa Quick Mafikeng. Our understanding is that they have a 1 year warranty. So now there are issues with the tyres, my partner goes to supa quick in Bloem to have the issues sorted, when he gets there the guys tell him that the tyres are not registered, okay cool we call Mafikeng luckily we still have the receipt the guy gives us stories and basically he says their system was not working, then he says its our fault we should have made sure that it was done (basically being rude and giving us attitude), then again he says we need to come there so that they can see the tyres MAYBE the is something they can do. So we must drive about 500KM to Mafikeng just to show them the tyres? what happened to pictures? If i can log a car insurance claim with pictures why can't we do the same here? How are we supposed to drive there with faulty tyres? i was always told that the Mafikeng supa quick is *****. Now i have issues with tyres that i bought less than a year ago and now i have to buy new tyres. Never again Supa Quick. I am so disappointed and frustrated.
