Lack of proper service and accountability

I had purchased two brand new tyres for my vehicle on the month end May fitted them and also paid for alignment. The alignment done was of poor nature that my tyres were completely damaged within one month after the fitment I went to the store to complain and find a solution with all the relevant documentation of the purchase and service and I was told by Mathew that they could do nothing to reimburse me or replace the damaged tyres simply because I am a young black person
