Incorrect wheel alignment done - Supa Quick - Poor Risky Service

In early January 2024 we were travelling back to Pretoria after our December holiday in the Western Cape we stopped at Supa Quick in George to get out tyres rotated and wheel balancing and alignment done.

After arguments about rotating the tyres correctly, we finally moved to balancing and alignment. We then travelled home. Over 1000km over travelling and a few weeks in January to discover Supa Quick had programmed our wheel aligned for the wrong model which caused steering wheel shuddering and unnecessary waring of the front tyre, which had to be replaced, nevermind the extra cost of having to have the wheel alignment redone by another provider who did this correctly.

I would like to know what Supa Quick will be doing about this as this was not only dangerous for us to drive like this but we also incurred unnecessary expenses.
