Ignorance costing extra for battery replacement

I replaced battery at Supa Quick Thohoyandou and regretted 5 days latter because my Ford Ranger car headlights were not working because the "technician" didn't keep the computer box with power while changing the battery.

I got a dont care attitude when I called the Centre(white women), was told that's how they change them, then I should have gone to the dealer. I had chosen supa quick because it is brand and have used in Gauteng but after this experience, was seriously disappointed. We need to move with the times and upskill our technicians, it's no longer the 70's.

It being a franchise, I expected good service anywhere the branch maybe situated.
