I de*****ed without a service being provided

Yesterday afternoon, the 29th of June, I took my Uno vehicle for wheel-alignment at the Rossettenvill Supa Quick. First, I was treated very rudely by an Indian male by the name iof Imraan. But, despite all this rude behaviour, I asked for the service as I dod not feel like driving around to find another service provider in the vicinity.

However, because of thg earlier altercation between us, I managed to cool Mr Imraan down and then left him and his staff to continue with the job while I took a brief walk outside the premises. When I returned, I was informed that it would cost me another R300 to have my wheels "balanced", which I paid even though my vehicle was neither wheel aligned nor wheel balanced.

I then refused to pay the extra R300 as I believed the "wheel-alignment" should have been inclusive as was the standard business practoice in the industry and more so because of the size of the vehicle.gnment" which I paid.

However when I took my vehicle to Thomas Tires in Alberton several minutes later, I was charged R450 for "wheel alignment" as well as as the "balancing" of all 4 wheels on the same vehicle at no extra cost.

I now demand a refund from Supa Quick for a "wheel alignment" service that was not provided as requested by myself and promised by mr Imraan. And when I *****ried this with him, he told me different people charged different and that he was rsponsible for what Thomas Tires was chraging me and what services they were providing.

As a consumer I feel this was ********** on the part of Imraan and Supa Quick and that the name of the franchise was grossly misrepresented by the provision of poor and ********** service.
