Horrific service at Supa Quick Delareyville

Horrific service at Supa quick Delareyville, I called on behalf of my dad enquiring about the tyres my dad bought a month back I spoke two different people and they were utterly rude and very impatient towards me, they kept taking me back and forth without giving the correct information. My dad got a punter and the tyres are not even more than 3 months old so I called enquiring about the warranty/ guarantee but I couldn’t get the help that I needed! The lady that assisted me first even hanged up the call on my ear, I had to call them again until they answered, they were busy making remarks about me in Afrikaans while I was still on the line, thinking that I can’t hear them.Is this how Supa quick treats it’s customers, I am extremely disappointed in your service
