Horrific behaviour from Supaquick Fourways

On 7 February 2025 was on my way to the Campfest 2025 when i felt my bakkie was pulling to one side as i needed to fill air in the driver fron tyre .I was between Malibongwe and William Nicol drive and the closest garage being the BP Garage just off freeway on William Nicol .By the time i reached the garage due to me having to drive very slow the tyre had pulled a little off the rim so i was unable to fill air at the garage but rather go to a tyre fitment centre for then to assist with their machines.After taking the tyre off and leaving my vehicle at the garage i proceeded to Supaqyuick Fourways ( Dnt know why i went there ) Firstly when i walked in they gave me the impression they did not need my business by not even greeting me at all.After explaining to the guy that i just needed the tyre fitted as the tyre was still in good condition and he acknowledging that it was he informed the guys to assist.After the Supaquicj guys where trying for 15min i heard a loud bang and upon investigation found that they had burst my tyre by filling in air through the valve as well as using there high pressure machine .I was ignored for 10 minutes then the salesman tells me his colleage is in a meeting and he cannot assist , so i asked how are we going to fix this and his response was " I DONT KNOW "All of a sudden a gentleman that was in the shop the entire time speaking to another customer and approaches me to inform me that the tyre was damaged when i walked in and di not give us a chance to explain .He was very rude and ****** and said he will not assist me .All i wanted was that i brought the tyre to be fitted on the rim now that you blew it you should assist me or speak to me about the damages yet i was brushed off saying you dont need this in his shop. The whole ordeal cost me R1550 as i had to get someone to take me from Fourways to Mayfair as the fitment centre i knoew that will have the require tyre size i needed.

The service received at the Supaquick Fourways was terrible and the dont know if that was the owner or manage but his reaction was not called for as he was not aware of what happend even the process they used to fit tyre was wrong you need to use lubrication inwhich i was told there was no need to.

Due to the ****** and rude behaviour of guy at Supaquick fourways i have requested legal advise as this was damage to property and i was dismissed for it like it was my fault.I am going to take this to the highest platform to have them exposed .I have all the pics to tell the story.
