Horrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I took my vehicle for wheel alignment the 6th of December 2024 at the Greenacres branch. I noticed yesterday (Sunday morning) that my front reel view wheel was ***** /bend. I called this morning the branch and spoke to Billy who told me to bring the vehicle back so that they can check. I arrived at the branch and the guy checked the vehicle and informed me that the camber will need to be bend back to its position and it will cost R1400. 00 - The problem I have was why was I not informed about this problem when I took the vehicle for the initial wheel alignment.

I would highly appreciate management to make contact with me and see how we can resolve the issue.
