Honest service excellence

After nearly being ********** at one of your competitors - who had a close to 2k hidden cost for the purchase of 4 tires and around the corner from you - I half heartedly and desponded entered your shop - The gentleman greeted me with a humble friendliness, advised the tire price and when I asked what the hidden costs were he actually looked shocked and advised that other than a tiny charge for the needed alignment all prices were included in the tire price. I immediately paid full price, was asked to bring the car in the next morning. A lady, who had been attending to someone else the previous day, greeted me with sincere friendliness and by name and immediately that my tires were already on the way from Stikland - that was 8h30 am. At 10h40 I was advised that the car was ready - they even cleaned the tires. More than impressed and thank you again for an excellent and honest service. As said as it may seem, and if its true that a bad experience travels faster than a good one, SUPA QUICK CPT (Loop Sts), You are in a good innings because your service is travelling as fast if not faster than your competitor.
