HIJACKING VEHICLE ON HI-WAY

My vehicle was on route from Winterton to Mayerton in Guateng, when my driver experienced a flat tyre. My driver and conductor tried in vain to remove the flat tyre, but were unable to get the nuts off. My logistics lady then found someone in Harrismith to help with the breakdown (SUPA QUICK T/A Harvest Trading Co (PTY) LTD). We were told we had to pay before they would send someone to help change the tyre. This we did and sent them the proof of payment. Bearing in mind we had 13000Kg's of meat hanging in the back with an outside ambient temperature of 36C. I then had to go somewhere for the afternoon, I was phoned in a panic by my logistics lady saying that they would not release the truck because there was another invoice to pay. We are a small company and I am the only person who can release the payments, I told her to tell them that I would pay the extra invoice first thing in the morning. She was then verbally abused over the phone by a MR Ray Van Tonder, who then preceded to take the keys away from the driver (Hi-Jacking), thus stopping the refrigeration to the R500K consignment in the back! I find these actions totally unacceptable as a regular client to the Supa Quick Brand
