Great service

Thank you to Joe who assisted me with the replacement of my battery. After an hour of trying to fit the battery correctly into my car he advised that they would have to order another battery that would fit properly into my engine and that would take another hour. He suggested one of his drivers dropped me home and after an hour the vehicle would be sorted. After an hour I received a call that the car was ready for pick up and the new battery had a two year guarantee instead of a one year guarantee which he would not charge me for because of the unexpected waiting time. He was pleasant, attentive and kind to me, explaining every step the service men needed to take without me feeling vulnerable as a women who is uninformed on the matters of engine/battery problems.
