False advertising and ********* trading

My car battery died 14 May. I was recommended to go to Supa Quick by a family member. So instead of going to Battery center where I get loyalty points and have personally experienced good service, I decided to go to Supa Quick first. I got there and explained the situation, without testing the battery they merely said it has to be replaced, end of story.
