Extremely Poor Service From Supaquick That Has Placed My Life At Risk!
Extremely poor service from a company my father use to praise. Supa Quick uMhlanga, has dropped the ball, not once but at least 3 times now, and it's all the parts that they have replaced in my bakkie! I nearly lost my life more than 3 times now all because of Supa Quik's poor service and not paying attention to detail when installing and replacing parts. After visiting the branch I had to call a private mechanic again to check if the guys at Supaquick did a good job, and No, Supaquick did a lousy job that nearly cost my life. My mechanic picked up that my brake pad on the left hand side had no calibre bolts and was not fitted to the wheel. I was shocked at this and the mechanic told me if I didn't pick this up early the brake pad was going to jam the tire while I was in motion and the bakkie would have flipped, depending on the speed I was moving. I felt like Supaquick would've not just killed me, but would've killed my family because I mostly travel with my family on weekends. I was very disappointed with Supaquick's service, and after coughing out R9600 I now had to pay this mechanic to sort out this brake issue and get a set of calibre bolts. I got in touch with Supaquick uMhlanga management and they apologised for the inconvience and agreed to pay back what I spent buying these bolts. Now I have called my mechanic again and we have picked up that the parts replaced, connecting to my right hand wheel were smaller and they have now broken because I use a 4x4 but Supaquick placed a 2x4 tierodend on my bakkie! I am fuming! I need this resolved by management
