The one tyre on my car was damaged as a result of potholes. Marjorie very quickly arranged a replacement tyre, also verifying that I had a guarantee still valid on the tyre. This resulted in a reduction in the cost of the new tyre. Throughout the process Marjorie was polite and efficient, easily answering all my queries. Thank you very much.
