Don`t even try renew disc at Supa Quick

I`m really frustrated, I renewed my disk at Supa Quick & disky on the 31.08.2022 till today haven`t received it, can`t drive the car with expired disc, to make matters worse I just bought a car I cant get the disc because they say I have outstanding disc to pay and my temporary disc is going to expire soon, so I`ll be having two cars I cant drive because of Supa Quick and disky,,can I get my money back I will gladly go and queue at the traffic department
