DO NOT GO TO ANY SUPA QUICK!!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with supaquick fourways!!! They incorrectly charged me R1850 on Wednesday morning, I was told a reversal has been done and that the money would be in my account the following morning...story after story and 4 days later I'm still out of pocket. I was told yesterday to come get the cash...We drive all the way there to be told they can't give us cash I must wait for the reversal. Actually. Give your customers their money and cancel the reversal which clearly isn't working! LAURENCE SCHOEMAN has zero customer capability and fobbed everything off to their 'supposed' operations manager who didn't even want to speak or deal with us. Gee I wonder how NIEL ENGELBRECHT (Operations Manager) would feel if it was his money. The cherry on the cake was hearing Laurence shout in front of all the customers how he is going to ******* a customer and charge him R300 for a tacweld cos the customer was inconveniencing him and wanted service. Absolutely flabbergasted. DO NOT SUPPORT SUPAQUICK FOURWAYS OR ANY SUPAQUICK FOR THAT MATTER.THEY ARE ******* AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE *******!!!!!
