Dissatisfied Supa Quick

I took my car to Supa Quick on friday the 1st of September 2023 for wheel alignment and balancing, a lady by the name Tashika contacted me and told me my tie rod and rack end on the left was not locked in, i then asked what was labour she advised R750, now this excludes the R650 they want for alignment and balancing. I then brought the car back and took it to the mechanic right away, upon arrival at mechanic there was nothing wrong, tie rod and rack end securely in place. We are honest hard working people, they try and take more money where there is nothing wrong. Be carefull of Supa Quick Umgeni Springfield park.
